18mm 4hole with a medium pack and medium holes. Ultra heady piece made with some homemade tubing - Teal Fade with the UV Rainbow striped inbetween. Two patterns in one! The linework has illuminati which is discontinued and purple UV which is hand-mixed.

Handground joint, sandblasted signature, lipwrap, three opals - two on the piece and one in the eyedropper poker. The loop and poker are made with matching spiral cane for a completely unified piece.
